Welcome to Dawn Cottage located in the grounds of Dove Top Farm, Dovedale. Dawn Cottage is a barn conversion with fantastic views.
There is plenty of parking space & well-behaved pets are welcome. The cottage is no smoking.
You’ll get a warm welcome when you arrive and be shown around the cottage. We can help answer your questions about the local area, what to see, do and where to walk or cycle.
We’ll also leave for you a welcome pack of homemade produce.
The cottage has been converted to a high standard and has an open plan kitchen/dining room and lounge with underfloor heating.
The kitchen is well equipped with modern units, electric oven, fridge, microwave and a large dining table and chairs.
The lounge is well furnished and equipped with a TV/DVD, full wi-fi access and a log burner
The wooden staircase leads to a high ceiling landing with access to a modern bathroom, two double bedrooms and a twin room, all with polished wooden floors and exposed beams.
We can supply you with a cot if you need one.
To the rear of the cottage is a private patio area with seating – perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
